Start the day with a cup of warm lemon water. Just add half a lemon to the water and a little bit of stevia to taste. Very alkalizing. You may feel the difference immediately. Another great cuppa to start with is one of warm water and sea salt. Very cleansing.

Meditate every day for at least 20 minutes to 1 hour. It is best to start the day with your heart and connection to spirit guiding your movement and decisions. Establishing where your energy is going, and trusting it, following it. It’s too easy to let the mind make the decisions. Meditation is a key way to switch the reigns.

Drink lots of good water. At least 2 liters per day. Super clean water that's very well purified… Drink the good stuff. It makes a huge difference. Don’t drink tap unless you know for certain it is fluoride/chemical free and super duper clean.

Dance. Practice Yoga. Stretch. Move your energy. Move your body in a way that reveals your inspiration.

Receive the good will of others, including their guidance and support, when it feels right. Trust yourself.
