Join Sky in her intimate meditation group at her home in Mill Valley, weekly on Thursday evenings. Sky will be guiding participants on a journey of Integrative Meditation (“IM”), which helps us to integrate the meditative state beyond the meditation cushion and into everyday, mundane life; challenging situations; and so on.
Integrative Meditation begins with a period of silent sitting followed by a brief period of gentle, open-eyed meditation. IM is based in the simplicity of silence and being with whatever-is. A practice of traveling breath is recommended, which is when we let the breath go where it goes on its own, guided by its own intelligence. A full explanation will be given before the meditation practice begins.
